Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Nationality: Be a citizen of a country other than Australia or New Zealand. Preference is given to applicants from:
- Indonesia
- Melanesia
- Micronesia
- Philippines
- Timor Leste
- Academic Performance: Achieve a minimum GPA of 4.0 on a 7-point scale (or equivalent) in their current program of study at Griffith University.
- Enrollment Status: Be a full-time (40 CP) continuing student in Trimester 1, 2025, with at least two trimesters of study remaining.
- Community Engagement: Demonstrate involvement in Griffith initiatives such as:
- Griffith Mates
- Griffith Mentoring
- PASS (Peer-Assisted Study Sessions)
- International Student Status: Maintain international fee-paying student status throughout the scholarship period. Also any changes to this status will result in withdrawal of the scholarship.
- Program Requirements: Be enrolled in an on-campus undergraduate or postgraduate coursework program.
